We stayed in an Imperial Club room and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were handled at the VIP lounge, which made everything smooth and relaxing. We simply handed our cards to our butler, Liza, and her service throughout our stay was truly outstanding. One great advantage was that we still had access to the aquapark and the aquarium until 3:00 pm on departure day, using facial scanning, which was very convenient. As it was our honeymoon, the hotel made us feel very special with beautiful room decorations and a fruit platter waiting for us upon arrival. The Imperial Club lounge was a highlight—it offers breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails, so there’s really no need to book half board if you choose the Imperial Club. We did have half board and tried both the lounge and the main restaurant for breakfast, but we preferred the lounge. The egg station, where you can order eggs cooked to your preference, was excellent, and the coconut latte was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try the evening cocktails. All staff members were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The room was spotless, and the view was beautiful. We asked Liza if it was possible to change our room to the opposite side with an ocean and waterpark view, and she kindly arranged an upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We wanted to extend our trip to Sanya to return to Atlantis, but since it was holiday season, the hotel was fully booked. That said, this definitely won’t be our last stay. We tried three different hotels in different areas of Sanya, and Atlantis was by far our favorite. A heartfelt thank you to Liza and everyone at Atlantis for making our honeymoon so memorable and special.

Kids friendly and family oriented water resort. If you just wanna have some quiet relax me time, this is not the correct resort. We booked the room package served with breakfast, afternoon hi tea and light dinner. Farhana is good and attentive, she really ensure our needs are met.

Stayed here for a 6 night stay with my partner celebrating our anniversary and a birthday. Immediately upon arrival we were met warmly by Fatima - we had a very serious unfortunate event during check in with a lost passport. Fatima was instrumental in coordinating/calling the airport/dealing with their staff while my partner made the 45 minute trek back. Because of her help they were able to locate the passport before my partner arrived. Once settled, during the entirety of our stay Fatima was always available for our needs and questions. The room was stunning - we had a king imperial ocean view suite. The amenities In room were top tier, the access to the theme park/ aquarium was a great addition. I will say as a couple we will most likely not stay again - this is quite obviously a family friendly resort but 70% of the pools were blocked off so there was not a lot of space. Typically when we’ve stayed at “theme park” related hotels they have either a closed “club” location or adults only section at the pool or beach. I will say if you book - it is worth every cent for the imperial club. Breakfast was much better than the two buffets on the bottom floor- service was 10/10 you also have access to food/coffees for afternoon tea and evening so we never went hungry or thirsty. The cafe is open all day and we were able to enjoy the best coconut lattes. Not to mention the impeccable view! Overall - service 10/10 Room 10/10 Food 8/10 - based off breakfast and imperial club Pools 4/10 - if more of the pool was open it would be much higher Amenities 10/10

I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel – it’s an incredible experience! If you have children, it’s a must-visit place. The aquapark opens a bit earlier for hotel guests, so in the morning you can enjoy the rides without queues. Breakfast is available in two restaurants, offering every cuisine you can imagine – Asian, Chinese, European – we honestly struggled to choose because everything looked so good. The concierge service was also excellent, solving any issues in the blink of an eye. For dinner, there’s a wide variety of restaurants, but they are dramatically expensive, even compared to living in one of the most expensive cities in the world. If your room includes the Imperial Club, it’s well worth it – the snacks there are very good. The aquarium is amazing, though personally I wish the dolphins and belugas were not kept in captivity. The theatre show is beautifully done, with talented actors and impressive modern technology. To sum up: I strongly recommend this hotel. Your children will remember it as a fantastic and unforgettable experience.

Atlantis Sanya is without a doubt the most impressive hotel I have ever experienced, and yes, it truly surpasses Atlantis in Dubai. Everything here is bigger, more refined, and more breathtaking. Seven stars almost feel insufficient, because every moment on this property elevates luxury to an entirely new level. The spectacular aquarium, the massive waterpark, and the flawless design leave you in a constant wow state. And when Disney characters suddenly appear in the lobby or by the pools, the whole atmosphere shifts into pure magic, something even Dubai can’t quite match. One particularly fascinating detail is how some guests stroll around in their white robes, not because they’re heading to the spa, but simply to signal that they are staying here. And honestly, at Atlantis Sanya, you can’t blame them. If I lived here, I’d probably walk around in a robe all day too. In short: Atlantis Sanya isn’t just a hotel, it’s an experience, a statement, and a level of luxury that even Atlantis Dubai struggles to reach.

My stay at the Atlantis was an exceptional experience from start to finish. This luxury resort is a truly self-contained destination, offering so many amenities that there was never a need to venture outside the property. The range of activities and facilities was incredible, featuring a massive aquarium, a water park, multiple shows including a live performance of “C show”. Several outdoor swimming pools, and a wide array of shops, bars, play areas, and restaurants. We also had direct beach access, though the waves were quite powerful. The service throughout the resort was outstanding. The staff were consistently pleasant and helpful, paying attention to every detail-nothing was too minor to be overlooked. Our room was spacious, with a spectacular ocean view and a very comfortable bed. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could need, including daily bottled water, fruit and nut bowls, slippers, robes, and a security box. I felt at home and yet was spoiled and pampered at the same time. I highly recommend booking an Ocean View room with Imperial Club access. The club membership provided excellent value, granting us access to a delicious breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails with light dishes. The food was both healthy and delicious, with a wide variety that changed daily to appeal to all tastes. I was particularly impressed with the Club staff, who were always gracious and maintained impeccably clean food counters. Their exceptional service truly made the Atlantis stand out. Having stayed at many high-end hotels around the world, I can confidently say The Atlantis ranks among the very best. The entire resort has an atmosphere of relaxed excellence—it's a place full of fun and energy, perfect for families, and undoubtedly my best hotel experience to date.

Atlantis Sanya is an impressive resort that manages to feel smooth and well-organized despite being a very large hotel with a huge number of rooms and guests. Everything works remarkably well, from logistics to service, even during busy periods. A big highlight for families is that access to the water park and aquarium is included, which makes the stay especially fun and great value. Our family truly enjoyed the experience.
